Complaints Policy

We welcome feedback and want to put things right when we get them wrong.

Who can complain

Anyone who uses our services, takes part in our activities, volunteers with us or is affected by our work can make a complaint.

How to complain

Please tell us what happened, when it happened and what you would like us to do. You can make a complaint in English or Arabic.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
  • We will look into it fairly and in confidence
  • We will give you a full response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why

If you are not satisfied

You can ask for your complaint to be reviewed by the director, who will reply within 20 working days. As a community interest company, we are also regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.

Safeguarding concerns

A concern about the safety of a child or adult is not handled as a complaint. Please follow our safeguarding policy straight away.

Review

This policy was adopted in October 2026 and will be reviewed every year. Next review: October 2027.
